There is no flat rate for a make good, the price depends on floor condition, area and the scope of works involved. Smaller jobs are usually priced per square metre, while large warehouse and factory floors are quoted per project after a site inspection. As a rough guide, a full floor grind and dust seal on a 2,000 to 5,000m² warehouse is around $20 per square metre plus GST.
