If there is no 32 amp, 3-phase power with a 5-pin and 15 amp outlet available on site, generator hire is required.
If there is no skip bin provided on site, waste removal is charged, or a skip bin is quoted separately. Alternatively we can leave the dust bags neatly piled for you to dispose of, each bag weighs about 20 kg.
A fuel and travel levy added to every quote, covering travel within one hour of our Eagle Farm office.
For floor renovations only, where existing skirting boards must be removed before grinding. Charged per hour.
A one square metre sample completed on site to check for tile ghosting or similar before we proceed.
Night shift or weekend work, charged per tradesman, per day.
A daily travel charge for projects further than one hour from our Eagle Farm office.
Jobs more than 1.5 hours from our Eagle Farm office attract a per-tradesman daily charge, covering accommodation and the living-away-from-home allowance.
