We had the pleasure of getting OzGrind out to hone our outdoor patio. The finished product looks brilliant and can’t beleive we didn’t do this sooner! The next house we build we have agreed the polished concrete floors are the way to go.
Being a manager in large customer service organisation, OzGrind would have to be one of the top business I have ever worked with.The communication and responsiveness (and being able to fitting us in so quickly) shows they are true customer focused organisation.

We took a drive up to their show room to discuss how we wanted a polished concrete look and so glad we did as we discovered the feathered concrete finish. Katherine the sales consultant was great and gave us a really good idea of the finish we would achieve using this effect. They then sent a further consultant to our house to do a quick check measure which helped firm up the price. Once we agreed this was acceptable we locked in an install date and their tradies turned up and got the job done quicker than anticipated. A really great company to deal with all round. Communications, trades and of course the finished product all top notch. Our floor is completely unique and we love the finish.

We recently used OzGrind to polish our Hair Salon floors. They provided the best customer service I have come across in a long time. Always keeping me informed of where they were up to. Turned up on time every time. The floor looks fabulous. I would highly recommend this company.
I could not be happier with the service OzGrind provided. From the start when the floor was assessed to the end product and education on how to look after my floor. We were kept informed at all times as the stages were happening. The end result was amazing and Jesse, Craig. Leah and the team were polite, efficient and meticulous in their work. Everyday the team cleaned up and let us know what stages the floors were at. Jesse even pointed out amazing leaves that had fallen twenty years ago when the slab was laid and it is amazing to have these little features in our floor. Jesse was so engaging and when I was discussing the look I was going for we had a look at some of my furniture, artwork, ornaments etc so he could get the “vibe” of what I was looking for. He said perfect, looks like a New York Loft look we are going for.. Exactly!!! Bought into the end result before he had even started and it was perfect! All befriended my dog when I was not at home and told me about their day together which is above and beyond caring. Would highly recommend.
Firstly outstanding customer service. I had my entire floor throughout the house Mechanically Polished. The slab was an old floor approx 12 yrs old, previously tiled. A few wee tweaks needed at the end of the job…however what Matt was able to achieve in the time frame was truly stupendous. I commend OzGrind on their exceptional customer service, a rare gem in the marketplace these days.

We have been more than satisfied with our experience with OzGrind from start to finish. They were quick to price the work and knowledgeable about how to prepare. They accommodated our multiple date changes when the site wasn’t ready and finished the work in the minimum estimated time – right before Christmas, too!
We particularly appreciated the extensive showroom at Eagle Farm which allowed us to be confident in our selection of a concrete mix.
On site, the installers were professional and courteous, answering all our questions and respecting our property at all times.
All in all, a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to others.
Just had an amazing experience with OzGrind, they were professional and informative right from the beginning answering all of our questions and allowing us to work out which service we wanted with the VR Equipment in their showroom. Paul did an amazing job and the concrete looks better than we ever could have imagined, he kept us involved throughout the whole process ensuring we were happy with each stage. Would highly recommend OzGrind and will be getting more concrete polished in the near future.

We were very pleased with the customer service from first requesting a quote right up to the job was completed. The job was booked in right when we needed it done which was great. We are very impressed with the result that was achieved on our existing slab from the 80’s. The slab was poor quality with lots of issues however the guys were able to overcome all of these and we now have a luxurious floor that we are very happy with. Would very highly recommend OzGrind. We will be getting them back to do our kitchen & dining room in a couple of months.
Our experience with the WHOLE team at OzGrind has been exceptional from start to finish. It has been an absolute pleasure from our initial enquiry, to the estimator coming to our home for a quote, the sample grind and the subsequent booking (Thank you Leah for your outstanding assistance) of our new polished concrete floors. OzGrind did a terrific job on our concrete at our property. My wife and I were not too sure of what sort of a finish were after, be it fully exposed, semi exposed or minimal.
In the end I finished up with fully exposed beautifully mechanically polished concrete in my garage and my wife has a more industrial looking minimal exposure finish inside the living areas and bedrooms of the house. Both look fantastic and each of us got exactly what we were after.
The team at OzGrind were so professional throughout the whole process, always available for advice, easy to deal with and all came in under budget! You won’t be disappointed with the service you receive from these guys…
Really good experience, the back of house staff were prompt and the pricing was clear and competitive. Jesse our polisher was fantastic throughout – he was able to explain the entire process and some of the difficulties that lay ahead so there was no surprises at the end.

From the initial phone call from Leah to follow up my request for an quote online, to walking on our amazing new surface we couldn’t have been happier with our OzGrind experience. Thank you so much for everything. We are very happy with your work. The 2 Men working on it were excellent. They were punctual and their work ethic was amazing. When they said they would be back on the Saturday they arrived bright and early and then followed up a few hours later for second coat.

We used these guys in Melbourne recently (well they are called Grind and Seal in Vic for some reason) but still they did our home down there – and we had an old apartment up at the Gold Coast which we thought we would get them to do also. It came up even better than the house slab! – again impressed with the quality and service all the way through…
We absolutely LOVE our new floor, it’s even better than our expectations (a very rare thing in this day and age!) Yes there were a few hurdles throughout the process, but I really must commend the work of your guys on the ground. Jesse is a real credit to the OzGrind team. There were so many variables in dealing with an old concrete slab, but he talked us through every step of the way & we were so happy it was his capable hands. The results are amazing!

We did have a cheaper quote but the guy who came out to quote really knew his stuff – he could answer all our technical questions and concerns and he really made us feel like his was the only company that we could be confident in proceeding with. We had two types of coatings done to our new house by Oz-Grind – A Flek Coating on Garage Floors and Workshop/Breezeway Floors and a Polished Concrete finish on Driveway and external Pathways. All work was done with great respect for the work on the house by other trades and the OzGrind Team did a superb job. The Driveway and external Pathways were difficult due to the hardness of the concrete and curves and profile changes but with much handwork with smaller machines these difficulties were overcome and the end result is excellent.
Our polished concrete floors look magnificent! Thank you Oz Grind for the professional advice and guidance, the outcome of the floors inside our rumpus room and externally are just fantastic. The floors are so easy to keep clean and they gleam with every speck of light!

OzGrind recently did our polished concrete floors in our home. We were amazed at how great our old concrete came up and the boys removed all our old flooring and disposed of it so we didn’t have to do a thing ourselves. The boys were really professional and we were really happy with the price. They also left us with some after care instructions and some concrete dust in case we ever need it down the track so they were really thoughtful. It is hard to get good tradies these days especially ones that turn up on time but these guys were excellent and I would very highly recommend them.
